Bill Quick

William E. “Bill” Quick brings nearly 30 years of experience to his General Counsel practice managing the corporate portfolios of family offices and business enterprises that have an array of corporate, finance, transactional and related legal needs including corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, asset and equity purchases and sales, security law and corporate transparency act compliance, strategic alliances and joint ventures, and operational exigencies.

Bill is the author of the Kansas Bar Association publication, “Kansas Limited Liability Companies Handbook,” and “The Corporate Transparency Act Desk Book, Practical Guidance for Beneficial Owners and Their Professional Advisors.” He co-produced and wrote “The Directors’ Dilemmas,” (Part 1, Part 2), a film illustrating corporate governance issues and best practices through a corporate drama format. He also co-produced and developed the program for The Directors College, an Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS) accredited program for corporate directors and senior management. Bill serves as a negotiation competition coach and a transaction courses adjunct professor at The University of Kansas School of Law.

Bill lives in Leawood, Kansas, where his adult children visit primarily for the house specialty: Grand Marnier Pancakes.
